We’re often asked by those considering relocating to the Upstate, “What’s the best way to learn the area and find a great place to live?”

Our advice is to first set out on your own, explore, discuss as you go, and find sections of town that feel like home without the influence of a real estate agent or other party trying to “sell” you on a specific area. That way you’re free to decide for yourself.

After you find a few spots you’re comfortable with, then we can schedule to go look at some houses and explore your favorite areas further!

The self-guided tour below (which can be printed) is by no means inclusive of every neighborhood (or meant to be) but should provide you with a basic understanding of some of the more popular parts of Greenville County so you can begin to narrow down which areas you prefer.
