The overall topography is gentle enough not to negatively impact the value of the site. There is a gated entrance behind the church property at 1615 Greenwood Hwy., shown as TMS 905-15-05-001. The owner represents that an easement on his property exists. The most adequate and appropriate ingress and egress will be from the portion of TMS 906-15-07-002 which fronts on Fairview Road.
